The TEAM PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE (TPQ) is a field-tested, self-scoring tool based on extensive research on team leadership and team development. The TPQ can be completed in 10 minutes, allowing team members to assess their team?s performance. The Facilitator Guide gives detailed designs for 1-3 hour sessions in which one or more teams can analyze their TPQ results, compare themselves to a model of proven high-performing teams, and agree on strategies for performance improvement.
The Polygon Puzzle is a challenging, exciting and fun-filled team development activity. Participants experience the direct impact of various team dynamics in action. They discover the difference between listening and hearing, and talking and communicating. They learn the importance of sharing information, collaborating with peers, and enjoying a sense of shared accomplishment in their success.
TEAM BUILDINGS is a team development exercise in which the participants (12-40) are divided into teams that must learn to collaborate within their team, while competing with the other teams. Their task is to design and create architectural structures. Some structures require the teams to meet specific customer requirements, while using their combined creative, design, manufacturing and marketing skills.
Trust Building is an exercise that demonstrates what trust is, how you become trusted, how you lose trust and finally, how you regain it once it has been lost. Each Trust Building game includes thirty-two (32) geometric pieces of fifty (50) mil PVC, which can be interconnected through slots in each piece. The facilitator creates a prototype, or three-dimensional model, using any number of the pieces. The more pieces, the more difficult the exercise is to complete.
